Let go of victimhood and imposter syndrome and embrace resilient mindsets.
It was my great honor to have Ouida as my coach during MBA study at University of Bath. She was always patient, understanding, and supportive while offering useful guidance on developing multiple skills and mindsets to strengthen my mentality and achieve goals step by step.
She was holistically able to help me understand that the real problems I was facing could only be solved by really knowing myself from the inside out.
...Each session brought with it challenge and support in equal measure, with time and fluidity to move through the conversation in a meaningful way - genuine interest and care in abundance.
...Ouida's tool and amazing process helped me understand more about myself, my strengths, weaknesses, and even my purpose in life. She has a unique ability to take into consideration both professional and personal facets of one's life and help them find their way, which is something that is rare to find in a coach.
Within 5 minutes of her our first session, it felt like she had understood me inside out and had known me for years. She mended my way of thinking for the better by guiding me towards finding what gives me the most emotional charge, amongst other brilliant pieces of advice.
...Within just minutes of our first session, Ouida and I had formed a connection; Ouida has a stillness and a way of words that enable her to ask the right questions, at the right time. It’s important to note that this isn’t always comfortable, but it is powerful.
The “Eat More Cake” Blog concept was organically derived from a conversation Martin Palmer, Jane Palmer and I were having while also enjoying high tea (with cake) in the Cotswolds on Tuesday, Jun 5, 2023
This led to a continuing discussion around what if people were to try a variety of things, cultures, interconnectivity, perhaps they would have a more open mind based on varying experiences. At which point I said to Martin (and Jane) you just gave me the name of my next Blog/podcast/movie.
